As for bringing technology into your listing presentation, well thats a must. To begin with, I use my iPad for my listing presentation which I created in Keynote. In my presentation I show actual past listings with the numbers of views they are getting on zillow, trulia, realtor.com, etc. (I feature my listings on the big sites so my data numbers are usually higher then the competition). In addition, I will show them traffic to my website. On any given month I receive 3,000-5,000 visits so I show them that as well letting them know I can get their home in front of all these people. I show them all the sites that their home will be syndicated to. I let them try OpenHomePro on my iPad and show them how potential buyers would sign in and how fast they get an email from me. I show them how our lockbox tracks all the agents that log in so we can follow up with each of them. I think you get the picture.
